Molecules Have Never Looked As Good As They Do In Atom Boy | The Creators Project

Need a gorgeous refresher on chemistry? Last week, we told you how to rethink the Periodic Table of Elements—now, here’s a crash course on atoms. Joachim Ljunggren, a Swedish graphic designer and motion graphics producer, created a motion graphics short titled Atom Boy that explores the properties of molecular structures. Packed with satisfying bursts of 3D geometry, Atom Boy was the result of experimenting with physics and other elements in Studio 4D. The piece is stunningly stylish, featuring gleaming, white atoms that bond, separate, and undulate to a thumping techno beat.
